About Me

An experienced editor and journalist with 10 years of experience across digital and print media, I have a strong background in audience development and content strategy.

I’ve contributed to the success and growth of various lifestyle brands including Good Housekeeping UK, where I oversaw the launch of a new app and developed the content strategy for three newsletters. Meanwhile, as the former Acting Digital Editor of Red, I led the brand's editorial strategy across all platforms including site, newsletters, video and social.

Although I’ve been mainly focused on editing and audience projects over the past few years, my reporting bylines can be found both online and in print across news and lifestyle publications, including: The Independent, Good Housekeeping, Red, Prima, i News, the Sun and the Daily Mail among others.

I'm an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about the ever-changing world of digital media and loves finding new ways and formats to bring creative content to life.

H&M's new designer collab might be its coolest yet

H&M has announced its latest designer collaboration – and we think it could be one of our favourites so far.

The high street brand's first collab of the year is with emerging London-based designer Rokh, delivering a covetable collection that is full of experimental spins on wardrobe staples that feel both edgy and easy to wear.

From double-layered trench coats to pleated skirts and structured tailoring, there are plenty of workwear-inspired designs we already have our eyes on. Other pieces fir

Stylish leather jackets to buy now and wear forever

The best leather jackets can transform any outfit, adding edge to everything from jeans and a T-shirt to your favourite dress. Early spring is their time to shine – they're the warm, stylish layer you need while there's a chill in the air – making now the perfect time to shop.

When buying a new leather jacket, there are a couple of things to consider. Firstly, recognise that a leather jacket is an investment that you'll throw on season after season, so it's worth spending as much as you can aff

Emma Stone wears bold one-shoulder gown at the 2024 BAFTAs

Emma Stone was the epitome of glamour as she graced the red carpet for the 2024 BAFTAs awards at the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday night (18 February).

The star, who later won best actress nominee for her role in Poor Things, looked stunning in a peach one-shoulder gown with a statement puff sleeve in a nod to her character, Bella Baxter.

The custom look by designer Louis Vuitton also featured a silk bodice and a chiffon skirt with a quilted band, which appeared to be inspired by the film's 19

Omisade Burney-Scott on the inspiration behind The Black Girl’s Guide to Surviving Menopause

Menopause is being openly discussed more than ever before, but there is still a long way to go to ensure the conversation recognises cultural differences and provides the same access to support for women from all ethnicities and backgrounds.

In 2022, a women's health study published by the University of Michigan showed that black women are more likely to experience symptoms related to menopause, including hot flushes, depression and sleep disturbances. And not only that - black women are less l

Air & Grace founder on how she created the ultimate comfortable shoe

Finding footwear that ticks both the aesthetic and comfort boxes can be tricky, but it's this style conundrum that first inspired Claire Burrows to start the London-based shoe brand, Air & Grace.

With over 20 years of experience working in the shoe industry, Burrows knows a thing of two about the importance of wearability. After graduating from the London College of Fashion, Burrows thought she might focus her career on clothing, but after applying for a junior buyer job at Office Shoes, she ma

The period-positive start-ups revolutionising the feminine care industry

Considering half the population deals with it on a monthly basis, it might be shocking to learn that there has been little innovation around period products since the 1930s – when the modern-day tampon was launched.

For years, menstruation was a taboo subject, with advertising featuring adventurous women in white pants riding horses on the beach or blue liquid poured on to a sanitary towels.

Inside London's first underground farm

At a time when UK supermarkets haven taken to rationing vegetables as a result of a poor harvest in Southern Europe, one green-fingered duo have found a new solution to the healthy-eating problem: Grow your own greens, deep down below the City of London.

If you get off the tube at Clapham Common and then step into a cage-like lift that takes you about 100ft below the bustling streets of South London, you’ll find yourself in Growing Underground, an urban farm, housed in a network of dark and din
